Dr. Matt Faircloth attended Valdosta State University and holds degrees in Middle Grades Education, Educational Leadership, and Curriculum and Instruction. He has 16 years of experience teaching middle-grade science, social studies, reading, and ELA. This is Dr. Faircloth's 9th year in administration and he serves as an assistant principal at Lowndes High School. His wife, Lindsay, works at Dewar Elementary School. His youngest child attends Lowndes High School, while his two older children attend Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia. His passion is to make positive impacts on students and staff through encouragement and service.
